Ingredients
- Starter (active)
- Wholemeal flour
- Water
- Salt
- Seed mix (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame)
Steps
- Mix starter, water, and flour.
- Rest, then add salt and fold in seeds.
- Fold every 30 minutes for 2 to 3 hours.
- Shape, then cold-proof overnight.
- Bake until the crust is dark and seeds are toasted.
