Ingredients
For 8 tortillas:
- 500g flour
- 330g lukewarm water
- 10g salt
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
For 4 tortillas:
- 250g flour
- 165g lukewarm water
- 5g salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Mix it all together.
- Rest for thirty minutes.
- Ball it up so the sides are smooth.
- Divide into equal pieces.
- Roll out on a floured surface.
- Cook in a hot heavy-bottomed pan.
